PRINCIPAL | PROJECT MANAGER

Planning, Architecture and Interior Design

Mr. Rosabal has been Principal in Charge for over 18 years and has over 25 years of experience specializing in K-12 educational facilities. His body of work has made him an expert in the design of public school projects. He also has extensive experience in working with CM @ Risk firms to coordinate successful project deliveries consistently on schedule and within budget.

He is responsible for the design of a diverse portfolio of building types, for both public and private sector clients, with experience across all engineering disciplines; allowing him to understand and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

As Principal-in-Charge of Architecture, and Project Manager, Mr. Rosabal has been the Design Team leader on several large-scale projects. His responsibilities include overseeing a staff of designers, assuring the highest level of quality throughout the process, and ensuring that design concepts are properly resolved and incorporated in the construction document phase of each project.

Mr. Alvarez joined LIVS Associates in 1992 and has over 40 years of experience in the design, construction and operation of electrical systems. As Principal-In-Charge of Electrical Engineering at LIVS Associates, LLC, he is responsible for all aspects of electrical engineering services, including analysis, design, and construction administration. Mr. Alvarez offers an impressive array of experience in the design of various project types and has been responsible for electrical design for military, industrial, commercial, educational, institutional, medical, rapid transit and transportation facilities. Mr. Alvarez has particular expertise in the design of facilities for the Department of Defense and other governmental agencies.
